EUROPEAN UNIVERSITY
EUROPEAN UNIVERSITY is one of the first private higher institutions in Ukraine established in 1991. It is also one of the largest universities in Ukraine with
over 32 000 students.
It meets the needs and requirements of the century in training further specialists in business, economics, management, information systems and business security. It has the highest level of accreditation and is licensed by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
European University is included into the register of UNESCO Universities and the diplomas are valid in all countries of the world. International Center of the University was founded in 1997. It was one the leading centers in Ukraine in the field of the foreigners education and training.
The Center is entitled to train foreigners for their further studies in higher educational institutes.
The international Center carries out a 10-month program for foreigners in the following fields:
- Engineering
- Economics
- Medicine
- Humanities
- Biology
- Computing
- Language program for post-graduates.
The graduates receive a certificate that enables them to enroll in any Higher Institution in Ukraine. Over the period of its existence the University has gained a high reputation among the educational and business circles of the country. The University graduates occupy important positions in modern perspective enterprises, companies and institutions both in Ukraine and abroad.
Having started with publishing business and the licensed recruitment of 200 students, now European University consists of 3 institutes, 5 departments and 25 affiliates, educational and advising centers in different regions of Ukraine. European University was the first to create a united system of continuous education which includes all range of general educational and professional levels of education.
It consists of:
- a nursery plus primary school;
- a gymnasia (high school) called Euroland;
- The Applicant Center;
- a business college;
- bachelors programmes;
- masters degree programmes;
- educational training complex consisting of a training firm, a training bank Noosphere computer technologies center professional upgrading programmes;
- post-graduate and doctorate programmes;
- course training and practical professional training in basic specialities.
The students and gymnasia pupils are provided with the best conditions for studies and recreation: accommodation at comfortable European-style dormitories, the latest equipment for study and research, a good library, twenty four hour medical service, a health complex, a mountainskiing centre in the Carpathian Mountains, disco halls and student cafeterias.
The University graduates receive two diplomas: the state standard diploma and the diploma of European University.
