Eldorado
Eldorado – is the biggest and most successful chain in sales of domestic electronics in Eastern Europe. Attractive prices, European service, unified formats of stores and creative advertising guarantee the chain's high recognition and loyalty of customers of various social groups.
Starting 2004 Eldorado has been opening only super- and hypermarkets, with trading space of more than 2000 sq.m. Nowadays more than 1000 stores of the chain are successfully working in more than 700 cities of Russia and Ukraine.
Modern technology intensive warehouses of more than 300 000 sq.m. allow Eldorado to deliver goods to stores and customers with high speed and quality. In 2005 the Eldorado has moved 2,4 mln. of cubic meters of goods, which is equal to a train of 360 kilometers in length.
Eldorado successfully works on the rapidly developing market of portable digital technics. The main goal of the company is to get the maximum share on this market via creating a network of cellular shops of a new format. Eldorado cellular shops are directed toward the market of mobile connections and portable digital technics, as well as providing special services. The network grows astonishingly fast – till the end of 2006 the number of shops in different regions of Russia is to increase to 450.
The results and plans of company Eldorado are impressive:
- For year 2005 the number of stores has increased by 150, trading space – by 180 000 sq.m.
- Till the end of 2006 Eldorado plans to open at least 100 new stores, with the total trading space of about 200 000 sq.m.
- The turnover of Eldorado in 2005 is $3,5 billion and in 2006 it is to reach $4,1 billion.
