The hotel is located in the center of Donetsk downtown in close proximity to major road interchanges as well as public transportation routes connecting the area with other parts of the city. Numerous amenities located within an easy 10 minute walking distance include the famous Donbass Arena stadium complex. Other hotels located nearby are John Hues, Atlas, Shakhter, Druzhba, Victoria and Niva .
Our hotel primarily caters to a cost conscious business traveler. We offer single, double, twin, and triple occupancy hotel rooms furnished to the highest standards at cheap, affordable rates. All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with a refrigerator, a telephone, 70 channels of cable television, free Wi-Fi Internet access, and additional portable heaters during the winter. The list of services provided to our guests is constantly being expanded.
Hotel Econom has been in operation since 2006. From the very beginning we have been positioning ourselves as a cheap, economy class hotel targeting business travelers and transit passengers looking for a place to stay with discounted rates. Choosing between a hostel and a hotel business model, we decided on the latter as more optimal for meeting our guests' needs. This model allowed us to offer an optimal set of services of the highest quality to our guests. Our hotel was one of the first in Donetsk to complete a certification procedure for meeting hotel service standards and regulations recently adopted in Ukraine, and is approved to accommodate travelers visiting the city for the Euro-2012 Football Championship.
