We offer climate equipment for different types of premises, from small residential air - conditioners to central air - conditioning systems. Warranty term for installed climate systems is 3 years, following which it returns to after - sales service and customer support. Mounting equipment according to the manufacturer's instructions, we certainly consider both customer' s desire and equipment specifications.
Our Service Center provides after - sale support of all supplied equipment without limiting the service period, as well as of the equipment installed by other companies.
IVIK Ltd. is the only enterprise in the market that has its own licensed training center. Since 2002 our technical staff has a good chance to train and advance their skills and get the secondary technical education, followed by the higher education in future. Besides, due to our wide experience we offer training the employees of our customers, so that they could operate and maintain the installed air-conditioning and ventilating equipment properly.
