LLC «BuilArt» is a fast-moving development company.
The company profile includes:
• management of its own building projects;
• participation due to its own assets in the most attractive building projects being the property of other companies and management of such projects;
• rendering the complete range of consultation services in the sphere of the real estate.
The staff of the Company is divided into 4 departments; it consists of 30 highly-qualified specialists having enough managerial experience and assets necessary for implementation of a project of any complexity beginning with an idea development up to commissioning the economically effective object.
Work scope being performed by our own specialists includes all the stages of the project development: marketing, conception, projecting, building, financing, and holding of an advertising campaign, selling or renting the areas of the object.
Management of all the projects is automated on the basis of advanced computer technologies with the use of Microsoft Project 2007 software.
At present the project profile of our company includes objects of residential and commercial real estate in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk and Poltava regions as well as in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
In the nearest future the Company is planning to enter the markets of Kherson and Nikolaev regions as well as to increase the number of objects in Donetsk and Poltava regions.
