OJSC REAL BANK
The Bank was registered in November 30, 1990 as Share Innovative Commercial NPK-Bank (Nauka, Promyshlennost’, Kultura – Science, Industry, Culture). In October 1991 it was reorganized into Joint-Stock Commercial NPK-Bank and in May 1996 the Bank changed its name to Joint-Stock Commercial REAL BANK. Since 2002 the Bank is called Open Joint-Stock Company REAL BANK.
The Bank is a member of the Association of Ukrainian Banks, the Kharkiv Banking Union, the Kiev International Stock Exchange, the Natural Persons` Deposits Guaranteeing Fund and Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications S.W.I.F.T.
The Bank established correspondent relationships with Citibank N.A. (USA), Commerzbank AG (Germany), ING Belgium SA/NV (Belgium), Rietumu Banka (Latvia), Alfa-Bank, CB Garant-Invest (Russian Federation), others.
The Bank’s main aim is to offer maximum reliability and security of banking operations, safety of the funds entrusted by stockholders and clients of the Bank. The Bank strictly observes demands of banking legislation of the country, normative documents of the National bank of Ukraine, respective international agreements. The Bank conducts continuous monitoring of clients' operations, fulfils recommendations of the FATF group for the purpose of preventing “money laundering” caseFinancial reports of the Bank are regularly published in press and at the internet site to provide transparency of its work.
The Bank services more than 10.000 clients – both legal entities and natural persons, including more than 2.000 foreign students, studying in higher educational establishments of Kharkiv. They receive a wide range of services.
Using modern banking technologies OJSC REAL BANK provides “Client-Bank” and Internet-banking services, interbank payments via SWIFT. The Bank operates with plastic cards of the international payments system Visa International (as associate member) and MasterCard Europe, effects Western Union, MoneyGram and Leader money transfers. The Bank accepts and buys Thomas Cook traveller’s cheques

Our clients can use automatic telephone system to receive account statements and information about currency exchange rates with the help of personal codes.
