In 2002 we were the first in Ukraine who started operating automatic lines for egg collecting, sorting and packing. We were the first to offer Ukrainian customers packed eggs in fragmented packaging, being as well innovators delivering products with additional qualities – eggs fortified with iodine, enriched vitamins contain and special products for baby food.
From the very beginning of sales networks distributing eggs under Private Label, GC «Ovostar Union» has become the first partner of local and foreign retailers in such categories as «Eggs» and for most of them remains the only one with the national Private Label market share 83%.
In 2011 GC «Ovostar Union» has debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and attracted 93 million zlotys in an initial public offering (IPO). It will be used to carry out the group’s investment program. 1.5 million shares were placed (25% of the capital) at a price of 62 zlotys per share. The price is equal to the maximum price.
