On 25 August 1999, to comply with an order of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine 1106 dated June 22, 1999 On measures increasing the state insurance fund seed, on the basis of State joint-stock company "Bread of Ukraine" was established a subsidiary company - "The Seed of insurance fund." In 2004, for the scope to provide seeds and agricultural convenience Partners, a subsidiary company through the reorganization was converted to a state-owned enterprise "State Seed Reserve Fund of Ukraine."
