The clinic of restorative psychoneurology Istyna
The clinic of restorative psychoneurology “Istyna” is one of the first private scientific and medical centers in Ukraine. (License of Ukrainian Ministry of Health AB ¹ 049162 on 01.03.2006).
The Clinic “Istyna” is working under medical and technical methodical problems of the present time; it rehabilitates patients from psychoneurological profile and also examines peculiar features of pathological reconstructions of hydro- and hemodynamics in the living organism.
The Center has been profoundly studying problems of the vascular channel dysfunction and pathological reconstructions in hemodynamics for the last 12 years. We have completed our own methods of location and clinical interpretation of changes in arterial and venous blood supply for the brain; we have developed a concept for arterial and venous cerebral balance, non-invasive examination of the microcirculatory channel and colour-coding of scanned images.
We examine the vascular system with a help of medical equipment – ultrasound system with the effect of scanning organs and blood flow color-coding and the newest methods like ultrasound dopplerography, smart optic capillaroscopy.
Functioning of the brain is examined profoundly by: neurologists, psychologists, rehabilitologists, under control of the up-to-date diagnostic equipment.
The combination of up-to-date scientific developments in instrumental diagnostics of psychoneurological diseases and multidisciplinary approach to treating and rehabilitating methods is one of our achievements.
Owing to the new neurorehabilitating methods developed by the Center’s specialists it became possible to restore level of self-service and social adaptation of patients suffering from serious illnesses like cerebrovascular diseases in various stages, cranial-cerebral injuries, long-term coma (apallic syndrome), states after serious disorders in cerebral blood circulation, vascular dementia, infantile cerebral paralysis, mental insufficiency, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis etc.
