The private enterprise IBC Veles-Agro
The private enterprise IBC “Veles-Agro” is a successfully developing company aged 13 in 2010. In the last years the company has managed to get firmly established and set up as one of leading manufacturers of soil cultivating machinery and spare parts.
Our company developed the manufacture of mouldboard ploughs, cultivators, disk aggregates, and wide-cut units for solid preplant soil working. The range of spare parts for soil cultivating machinery of home and foreign manufacture exceeds 150 items. Nowadays the produce of the private enterprise IBC “Veles-Agro” is known both for its wide range and high quality in Ukraine and abroad. The company exports to 19 countries of the CIS, the Baltics, Eastern Europe and Africa.
The highly-qualified and experienced staff, modern manufacturing equipment, business contacts established with numerous home enterprises and foreign companies enable our plant to respond to all market changes and market demand timely and adequately, execute any orders for manufacture of new models of soil cultivating machinery!
We mastered the consumable pattern casting technique, which makes it possible to produce near-net-shape parts and utilize monolithic components in manufacture of machinery.
The private enterprise IBC “Veles-Agro” was among the first Ukrainian enterprises to master the technique of working high-strength steels, giving way to considerable increase of endurance of operating elements of soil cultivating machinery as compared to components made of the traditional material – 65G steel. Using the components produced by means of newly mastered production techniques enables us to provide a 24-month (since implementation) warranty on our machinery.
Worth considering is the fact, that along with considerable increase of quality of spare parts made of high-strength steel by the private enterprise IBC “Veles-Agro”, their price is only 20-30% higher than the price of spares made of traditional materials. Moreover, our products are twice as cheap as their imported analogues.
