 ALUMASHALUMASH plant (Dniprovski zavod "ALUMASH") - a leading aluminium extrusion company in Ukraine - had been put into operation in 1997. The plant covers a total area of more than 30000 square meters and includes four main departments: - Remelt and billet casting department: completely reequipped in 2007. - Extrusion department: include an automatic extrusion press line by Breda-Danieli (Italy) with a full range of up-to-date equipment before and after the press; modernized in 2005-2006. - Surface coating department: reequipped in 2008; includes a full chromate pretreatment line and two powder coating line by Otefal (Italy). - Fabrication and assembly department: carries out secondary value added operations to turn aluminium extrusions into finished and semi-finished products for industry and building applications. ALUMASH now offers a full range of on-site services including: extrusion, heat treatment, powder coating, fabrication, assembly and packing - all under one roof, all under single-source responsibility.
