Since 2003 has become a member of the New-York Academy of Sciences. Has been working as private practitioner up to now. The problem of scoliosis has been known for ages. The first monograph on scoliosis was written by Andry (1741) and since that time on many researchers and clinicians have been dealing with this problem. The factual basis includes plenty of theoretical and clinical roentgenological items. Recently the problem of scoliosis has become popular with orthopedic surgeons. Idiopathic scoliosis accounts for 80% — 85% of all cases of spinal curvature. Helping these patients means recovery of a major part of people with carriage abnormalities. This fact predetermined the investigation line of the work done. Any disease treatment starts with forming correct diagnosis.
