 BC KyivBC Kyiv is not only one of the top teams in Ukraine, but also in Europe. Internationally the club reached NEBL Final Four, claimed FIBA Euroleague Silver and FIBA EuroCup Bronze medals. But BC Kyiv is not only strong at the senior team level. Its Farm team won the Ukrainian Higher League in 2005/06 and 2006/07 under Vitaliy Lebedintsev. From 2007 till 2009 Kyiv’s youngsters were coached by one of the country’s most talented young specialists Vitaliy Cherniy. And now Farm team is working under famous Viacheslav Shablinskyy. Kyiv’s top class scouting department produced two NBA players – Stanislav Medvedenko and Oleksiy Pecherov. The organization’s management is also well known in Europe. The FIBA Europe All Star Day the club organized in 2004 is still regarded as one the most successful ever.
