 LLC Versia-LuxLLC Versia-Lux is a producer of products made of stainless steel and galvanized steel. Primary activity of the company is the production of component parts of single-shell and double-walled flue pipes and air ducts. Flue ducts are used to exhaust combustion products from the boiler. Depending on the specific operation conditions flue ducts can have a great number of design features and are produced from different material. The quality and overall performance of the boiler depends on the material and way the flue duct was made of. Flue ducts made of stainless steel are universal and fit any heater that uses oil, solid or gas fuel (boiler, fireplace, infra-read source, gas-turbine unit, convectors etc); require minimum of installation area and are easy to mount. They can be used at an operation temperature reaching 600 degrees centigrade, as well as in the heating systems with condensate boilers where the outgoing gas temperature is lower than the dew-point temperature. We use high-quality stainless steel to produce our products. Component parts are manufactured with the help of plasma-arc welding in the inert gas environment (argon). In our products we use material which has perfect thermal and mechanical strength, and the process of production is directed to prevent external intermolecular corrosion and also guarantee all requirements for containment, heat stability and stability to vacuum gauge pressure. Our product range is very broad and includes nominal diameters from 80 up to 1200 mm. Features of production technology enable to produce double-walled pipes, in which internal pipe of a flue duct is made of 0,5 - 1 mm stainless steel, followed by a layer of thermal insulation produced by company Rockwool (Poland), and the outer casing is made of stainless or galvanized steel. Double-walled pipes produced of galvanized steel in galvanized casing are also used in ventilating systems and flue ducts. Thanks to the modern equipment we can produce custom orders that meet the specific needs of the customers. Terms of order fulfillment are the shortest ones, and custom items are manufactured within 3-5 days from the moment of the order submission.
