 OJSC Pressmash“Pressmash” public corporation specializes in projection, manufacturing and repair of power presses (250 up to 4000kH) of open and closed types, simple and double operation. Our presses are designed for various operations of cold pressing. Our equipment allows us to perform preparative, turning, milling, drilling, polishing, gear treating, welding, thermal and galvanic operations. We can also produce large-dimension welded constructions and components for machines and mechanisms (dimensions: 2x3x6 meters, weight: up to 35 tons). Statutory fund – 16, 3 mln. UAH., state share – 36,02 %. Average annual sales volume for the last three years – over 3 mln. UAH. Average quantity of employees – 180. Land plot – 11.3 hectares, production facilities of “Pressmash” public corporation – 7.7 hectares. Value of the fixed assets amounts to 68,7 mln. UAH, including 30 mln. UAH of active part value. We are also proud of our human resources – qualified machine operators, designers and production engineers. Our plant of power presses was established in 1974. It had various forms, namely: it was part of “Karpatpressmash” as a main production unit (1979-1990), it had been rented from 1991 till 1998. In 1998 it was reorganized into public corporation. The first press was manufactured in 1978 and over 9 thousand presses were sold during the subsequent 27 years. We have exported 500 presses to Austria, England, France, Finland, Italy, Holland, Sweden, Canada, USA, Argentina etc. Over 30% of presses are sold outside Ukraine and our enterprise was rewarded by honorary diplomas from Ivano-Frankivsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry for export-competitive production of Ukrainian engineering industry. Our presses are regularly demonstrated at various exhibitions. They were presented at the II International industrial forum “Manufacturing and protection – 2004” and National exposition of Ukraine at general industrial exhibition-fair “Hannover-Messe-2005”. Our production was awarded by honorary diploma from Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine. New production of the enterprise was presented at the IV international industrial forum “Manufacturing and protection – 2005” Presses were certified by “Stankosert” scientific center (Odesa). We provide technical services for certified production according to license agreement. Our customers are satisfied by “Pressmash” presses and their quality and they willingly cooperate with us.
