 Port ReniReni Port is large transport nodal point on the Danube bank (Ukraine), which closely binds sea, river, railway and motorized transportation. Port is located in nautical part of the Danube between 66.7 and 69.3 mile, 63 miles away from the estuary; its geographical coordinates are: 45° 26’ North and 28° 18’ East. Navigation in Reni port lasts all the year round, connection to the Black Sea is through “Danube – Black Sea” deep-water navigable channel and Sulinsky channel. Depth near piers reaches 7.5 meters, which allows handling any vessel with the draft suitable for entrance canals. Unique geographical location of Reni has determined its status as river and sea port. It is located in the south-western part of Ukraine, at the junction of Ukrainian, Romanian and Moldavian borders, and at the intersection point of four transportation corridors: Cretan #7 and #9, Eurasian and Black Sea corridor.
