 TPK UkrsplavFrom the moment of TPK Ukrsplav establishment, the administration determined to creation of a full cycle of scrap of nonferrous metals and alloys metallurgical processing . From primary processing raw material until getting of high-quality alloys of nonferrous metals on the basis of aluminium and copper from this raw material , corresponding to the requirements of the state, international and national standards of the countries, the production of the enterprise is exported in. In the perspectivity of development of the given direction the geographical arrangement of TPK Ukrsplav is great importence due to high concentration of industrial enterprises of machine-building and metallurgical branches in the Easter part of Ukraine which need qualitative alloys and nonferrous metals. More over the same the enterprises are big potential suppliers of scrap and nonferrous metals waste for their metallurgical processing into qualitative alloys The modern equipment of the laboratory (a spectrometer of the firm SPECTROLAB ) allows to carry out the control of the technological process effectively and qualitatively at all stages of a scrap and waste processing with the purpose of recieving aluminium and copper alloys of demanded quality which are used in the most various industries(motor industry, ferrous metallurgy, shipbuilding and others ). The database network provides the control over the made production and the movement of the documentation between TPK Ukrsplav and its internal and external partners (packing sheets, certificates of quality). With introduction of network base the enterprise got the opportunity of coordination and control of all departments beginning from shops and finishing with the laboratory. Taking into account that consumers of production are the enterprises of the USA, Belgium and Japan It is planned to open the limited access to the base through the worldnet INTERNET which will facilitate information and the documentation exchange between TPK Ukrsplav and its partners.
