In December 2002 according to the provisions of the Law "About banks and banking activity" the Statute of the Bank was changed. The Bank was registered as “Finance and Credit” Bank, Ltd. In 2007 Finance & Credit Bank was reorganized from a Limited Liability Company (LLC) into an Open Joint-Stock Company (OJSC).
