 JSC Rokitnovskiy Glass WorkJSC Rokitnovskiy Glass Work was founded in 1898 and has more than century experience in glass production branch. During of all period of its activity our enterprise was and remains one of the leading glass containers producers. In the recent years the company is growing dynamically, continuously modernizing its technology base and introducing up-to-date process technologies. At present in our production we employ glass forming machinery from the largest world manufacturers. OJSC “Rokytnivskyi Glass Factory” put into service new state-of-the-art operation for manufacture of working mixture in December 2006. This operation possesses capacity of 400 tons of working mixture per day. New operation for production of green container glassware was put into service in February 2007. Capacity of the operation is 240 tons of glass per day or approximately 700,000 glass bottles per day. Three AL-118 eight-section production lines and four six-section production lines enabling production of container glassware by means of BB, LPBB, NPBB methods are installed in operations of the factory. Modern control instrumentation is used to control quality. Production shops are provided with modern quality controllers, SGCC M-M1 machines, France, allowing controlling quality of container glass by 16 characteristics.
