 State Pharmacological Center of the Ministry of Health of UkrainePublic Enterprise “State Pharmacological Center” of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (hereinafter – Center) is an institution authorised by MoH to exercise administrative and economical regulation and control of the registration of medicinal products as per Law of Ukraine “On Medicines”. In 2002 Ukraine became a full member of the WHO Program for International Drug Monitoring. As a result, information is regularly submitted to the database of WHO Collaborating Center for International Drug Monitoring ( Uppsala, Sweden). Presented are the data on adverse reactions, which developed following the use of medicinal products at the territory of Ukraine. Information is based on data, which had been spontaneously reported by physicians. By now these data (in appropriate format) have been submitted to the WHO and entered to the international database.
