Initially dealing with investment activities, the Company's Management came to a decision that they should switch to independent investment project management activities. The decision was triggered by local companies' apparently low quality and lack of experience in providing comprehensive design and construction management processes. It took a few years of diligent and successful work before the Company grew from a team managing one project into a multi-project construction-development company, concurrently managing five to ten projects at various stages of execution. The Company has experience in developing concept designs, as well as planning, constructing and operating "A" class business-centers, premium class shopping and entertainment malls, multi-storey commercial car-parking facilities and villa communities. The Company's assets include project management teams, an architect's and design bureau, a general contractor company, along with operating teams responsible for providing engineering, financial, commercial, legal and operating support of the projects. Effective performance is the keystone to our projects. It is fundamental for developing project concepts, producing design solutions, selecting materials and equipment, and approving contractors. Each of our projects was commissioned and operated by our Company for at least two years. Our main goal is to become the leading company in real estate construction and development businesses in Ukraine.
