There were some independent commercial companies began to act in Marin business. So, in March 1992, Odessa Marine Agency (“Odemara”) was found by Odessa Marine Merchant Port. From August 1993, the company was head by captain Uriy Vasiljevich Vaskov. From that moment our company is developing rapidly, opened the new representative offices and branches in Ilyichevsk, Yalta, Moscow, offering the service activities in ship’s agency, chartering, line agency, international forwarding. In 1999 formed the structure of “Odemara-group”. We are working in close cooperation with all departments of Odessa and other Ukrainian ports, that gives us a possibility to be valid and competitive company. The distinctive feature of “Odemara-group” is the loyal attitude towards the partners and clients, which was found on many years experience and compleat professionalism of our colleagues. The collective, who works from the very beginning of “Odemara”’s foundation, works more than 18 years, these are the officers of marine merchant fleet in the main, who had had a great practical experience. Now they are passing their knowledge to new members of the stable company. Staff members of “Odemara-group” serving apprenticeship in prestigious education establishments and companies. From 1998 “Odemara” is an individual member of International Federation of Freight Forwarder’s Association (FIATA), real member of Association of Maritime agency of Ukraine (AMAU).
