 State Enterprise aviation plant AviantAviation plant "Aviant" was founded in 1920. For short period it evolved from repairing of aviation equipment of aircrafts to serial producing of aircrafts. Plant "Aviant" has considerable production facilities, complex of special and universal equipment for producing of aircraft spare parts, rigging and tools, system of preparation of serial production - all this allows to produce aircraft of different purposes. Peculiarity of plant "Aviant" is having of practically all kinds of production necessary for producing and testing of aircraft of different classes and purpose by full cycle. Since 1982 till present plant produce multi-purpose aircraft AN-32 that recommended itself especially well in climatic conditions of India. Aircraft has transport (AN-32B) and fire-killer (AN-32P) variants (already produced 355 such aircraft). At present time performs work for upgrading of aircraft: - increasing of takeoff capacity, - reducing of quantity of crew members, - enlarging of flight range, - extension of service life of engines.
