 UkrgazproektThe institute "Ukrgazproekt" has sufficient experience, qualified personnel and the newest technologies and is ready to offer a wide spectrum of engineering services in Ukraine and abroad, to conduct various forms of co-operation to satisfaction of the requirements of the Customers and the Partners. The institute "Ukrgazproekt" was set up in Kiev in 1944 as the Ukrainian branch of Moscow trust "Nefteprovodproekt", of the USSR Glavneftesnab on designing and reconstruction of oil tank farms. In 1944 ? 1945 works were carried out on technical investigation and designing of oil tank farms in Kherson, Nikolaev, Vinnitsa, Krasnoarmeysk and other cities. The institute personnel is one of the main components of success and a major resource providing realization of strategy of leadership in the market of engineering services. The personnel of the institute ? 484 specialists (416 - engineers and technicians). The management of the institute makes everything possible to provide continuous process of the personnel training, mainly young people (135 young designers) In modern economic conditions survival of the companies largely depends on a level of strategic planning. Provision of effective and steady functioning at the expense of modernization of management system and mechanisms of decision-making is a basis of the system of strategic planning of the institute "Ukrgazproekt". Process of objective-setting is carried out within the framework of elaboration of strategy of functioning of the institute. Success can be achieved only at clear idea about the objectives, their duly correction according to changes of market condition, precise distribution of material and manpower resources. "Ukrgazproekt" was one of the first who introduced the quality management system of designing and issue of design - budget documentation which was permanently updated and successfully acted during many years. The quality management system of designing is presently in place in the institute, elaborated according to a model of the International standard ISO 9001:2000. 41 standards of the institute of the quality management system of designing were elaborated and put into operation. Standards of the system provide requirements and methodical instructions which manage the matters of planning of quality, keeping the planned quality degree, quality control at all stages of elaboration of design - budget documentation.
